At Amelvora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unworn items.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be in its original packaging (if possible).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at service@amelvora.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Simply attach the provided return shipping label to the package, and send the item back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items missing essential parts or packaging.
No Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
